At KHAVIYAR, we are committed to sustainable sturgeon farming, ensuring that our sturgeons bearing Beluga and Oscietra caviar are produced responsibly. Our Iranian sturgeon farm nurtures sturgeons for up to 20 years, creating an environment that replicates the Caspian Sea, the birthplace of the world’s finest black caviar.

Since 2001, our farm has been supplying Michelin-starred restaurants with the world’s best Beluga and Oscietra caviar, made with nothing but sturgeon roe and salt. Unlike many other farms, we never use additives like Borax (E285), ensuring a natural and malossol caviar experience
We understand that caviar freshness is everything. Our black caviar harvesting follows peak seasons to ensure only the freshest caviar for our customers. By not stockpiling outside the optimal season, we guarantee large, silky pearls with a buttery taste—never overly fishy.
