By purchasing from KHAVIYAR, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payment – All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. Prices include GST where applicable.

2. Shipping & Delivery – We offer free next-day delivery on all Beluga & Oscietra  caviar orders dispatched Monday to Wednesday via Australia Post Express. Tracking details will be provided.

3. Storage & Handling – Caviar must be stored at 0-2°C upon arrival. KHAVIYAR is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage.

4. Returns & Refunds – Due to the perishable nature of caviar, no returns or refunds can be accepted once delivered.

5. Liability – KHAVIYAR is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers after dispatch.

6. Privacy & Data – Customer information is protected and used solely for order processing and marketing with consent.
