The Signature
Our most coveted grade. Large, glossy pearls with a clean buttery finish and a long, quiet close. Filled fresh and sent the moment it is ready.
The Hybrid
A beautifully balanced introduction to fresh Kaluga, and a favourite for the table rather than the occasion.
The Ritual
Caviar asks for very little. Cold, a clean spoon, and nothing metal to touch it. These are the pieces we make for the moment the tin opens. Take both with any tin for $9.95, normally $49.90.
Rest the tin on crushed ice and open it moments before serving. Cold keeps every pearl distinct.
A bespoke key to the tin. It lifts the lid cleanly in one motion without pressing into the roe.
Mother of pearl leaves the flavour exactly as it was. Metal dulls it on contact.
